Stop Waiting ~ Author Unknown
We convince ourselves that life will be better after we get married, have a baby, then another. Then we are frustrated that the kids aren't old enough and we'll be more content when they are. After that we're frustrated that we have teenagers to deal with. We will certainly be happy when they are out of that stage. We tell ourselves that our life will be complete when our spouse gets his or her act together, when we get a nicer car, are able to go on a nice vacation, when we retire.
The truth is, there's no better time to be happy than right now.
Your life will always be filled with challenges. It's best to admit this to yourself and decide to be happy anyway. One of my favorite quotes comes from Alfred D Souza. He said, "For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin - real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life."
This perspective has helped me to see that there is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way. So, treasure every moment that you have.
Stop waiting until you finish school, until you go back to school, until you lose ten pounds, until you gain ten pounds, until you have kids, until your kids leave the house, until you start work, until you retire, until you get married, until you get divorced, until Friday night, until Sunday morning, until you get a new car or home, until your car or home is paid off, until spring, until summer, until fall, until winter, until you are off welfare, until the first or fifteenth, until your song comes on, until you've had a drink, until you've sobered up, until you die, until you are born again to decide that there is no better time than right now to be happy.

If you had 24 hours to live
I want to know ten things you'd do if you only had one day to live
Ten activities that HAD to be done before you left this planet
Money is not an issue spend whatever you like on this
THe only boundry you have to think about is time. you get 24 hours no more no less
What would you do
You can post your answers here or in your personal LJ but as you answer give this some thought
Why put off tomorrow what you could be doing today for NOW is the only time you've been granted

When you are tired and discouraged from fruitless efforts... Goddess knows how hard you have tried.
When you've cried so long and your heart is in anguish... Goddess has counted your tears.
If you feel that your life is on hold and time has passed you by... Goddess is waiting with you.
When you're lonely and your friends are too busy even for a phone call... Goddess is by your side.
When you think you've tried everything and don't know where to turn...Goddess has a solution.
When nothing makes sense and you are confused or frustrated... Goddess has the answer.
If suddenly your outlook is brighter and you find traces of hope... Goddess has whispered to you.
When things are going well and you have much to be thankful for... Goddess has blessed you.
When something joyful happens and you are filled with awe... Goddess has smiled upon you.
When you have a purpose to fulfill and a dream to follow... Goddess has opened your eyes and called you by name.
Remember that wherever you are or whatever you are facing... GODDESS KNOWS!!
"Take a breath and remember all that you have to be grateful for"

Something to inspire ya
I Am Powerful!
I am very powerful!
Whatever I set my mind on having, I will have.
Whatever I decide to be, I will be.
The evidence is all around me.
The power of my will has brought me precisely to where I am right now.
I have made the choices. I have held the thoughts.
I have taken the actions to create my current reality.
And I have the power to change it into whatever I want it to be.
With the choices I make, I am constantly fulfilling the vision I have for my life.
If that does not seem to be the case --
then I am deceiving myself about what I really want.
Because what I really, truly want, I will get!
What I truly wanted in the past, I already have.
If I want to build a billion-dollar business, I will take the actions necessary to do it.
If I want to sit comfortably watching TV night after night --
I will take the actions necessary for that.
Don’t be disappointed in my results --
they’re just the outward manifestation of my priorities.
I will be sure of what I truly want,
because I am sure to get it!
Know that what needs to be done will be done. Know that even in
sorrow there is goodness.
Know that there is more, much more, than your mind can ever explain,
and it is beautiful beyond all telling. Know that there is a purpose
behind every glimmer of desire.
Know that there is a solid and navigable connection to the reality
of whatever you may imagine. Know that what you seek with sincerity
and passion, you will reach.
Know that what you give expands with the giving, and comes back to
you stronger than ever. Know that all is as it is meant to be, and
the possibilities continue to expand and evolve.
Know that every energy is focused on this now moment. And know that
abundance has no beginning or end.
Know that the miracle is not something outside of you. The miracle
is that you know.

I haven't really had a good day the past two days. I'm dealing with alot of things right now in my life and battling with some conflict. I'm just at the point in my life where I feel I'm so wrong with what I believe in when it comes to relationships. Yeah I may only be 25 and still young, but it's coming to a time when I'm tired of the lonliness and am ready to settle down once I find that one for me. When that will be I may never know or it may never happen. Current Mood: stressed

What is your reality?
In the coments section of this post tell us what YOUR reaity is. What I am asking for isn't your present situation but what life would be like for you if you called all of the shots. avoid telling us what wouldn't be in your life simply make postive affirming statements about what your reality IS
"When I talk about letting love lead, I'm referring to a veryprofound inner movement that comes from the depth of ourbeing. Putting love in charge is not how we normally live;
usually, we let our reactions and ego lead us. Though loveis all around us, we seldom give it our full attention;there are so many other places where we focus our energy. It's amazing how easy it is to give up our loving nature.
We're conditioned to deriving our worth from outsideourselves - from what other people think of us, from what weachieve materially, from what we look like. "I don't reallyknow who I am," we may say to ourselves, "but if these
people love me, I must be okay." That's another example of living life from the outside in.It's an empty promise, because if, in the next moment, people stop loving you, or don't look at you the way you
want them to, you will no longer feel okay. When otherswithdraw their love, you find yourself withdrawing, too, andcontracting. Contraction is a kind of pulling back -physically, emotionally, or mentally - that closes us down
to life. The objective of letting love lead is to move you to a stateof expansion, of opening to life and fully embracing it." - John-Roger with Paul Kaye

A friend of mine posted this bliss related quote in her journal, and I wanted to share it because it feels so special to me.
Bliss comes from the senses that reach into the world like searching fingers, caressing the void for a sensation, a touch, another caress. Bliss comes in the sight of frost on the pane, in the sound of leaves crumbling in the fall, in the taste of familiar lips, and in the touch of an evening breeze. Bliss comes through these and in it's purest form bliss comes through the strength of a smile. Riches or dust, all I can ever offer you is the bliss of the senses." --Unknown
